Our Background
Our principal and staff have worked as project managers and project consultants for many construction projects in Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. our project team has successfully led projects in excess of $1B over the course of 26 years.
We have in-depth knowledge of all project design stages and our extensive project management training and practice gained us a solid technical base in contracting, scheduling, reporting, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, and claim negotiations.
Our professional consulting base along with our project management knowledge, training and experience fostered a keen ability to foresee and mitigate possible issues and risks through the various project stages and enabled us to lead our project teams and guide our clients to maximize their project design potentials, meet tight schedules while staying within budget.
Along with this solid industry experience, our team gained key renowned industry credentials such as project management professional (PMP), leadership in environmental efficient design accredited professional (LEED AP), a Project Management Institute Schedule Professional (PMI-SP).
We are currently working on five Deloitte office fit-up projects across Canada, an apartment building in Ottawa, and a hotel and an indoor waterpark in Prescott, Ontario Along with multiple Federal Government projects, Ouda Project Masters had a major project win of a multi-use 30-storey building in Ottawa East. The project will consist of multi-level underground parking, four-storey commercial spaces, a 16-storey Class A hotel and a 20-floor condominium. The project is estimated at $100M.
